That's where I was for this weeks video. All you do is run in a big circle in Scoundrel's Rise.

what if i finish the War in Kryta storyline? will i still be able to reach him?

I took my main war who has everything cleared and 2nd acc with only proph and he's there.

anyone else had any luck with an alt account. I am going in with my main (who has done upto Mustering a Response, and has 3 Wanted Quests in their log, nicholas spawns if i go in alone, if I go in with my secomd account who hasn't finished prophecies and has no EoTN all i get is normal caromi spawns and no Nic.

any help?

I went in with my alt account and he wasn't there until I got the War in Kryta stuff started. The character had finished Prophecies and Eye of the North, but had not started any of the WiK things. Another guild member checked with a character that has not finished either Proph or EotN, and he wasn't there.

yes was able to get there on accounts that have neither finished eye or prophecies---and managed to get almost enough skulls on the way as well----

so it is indeed fixed now
